Atty. Didem (Selendi) Denker
Founder of DD Law & Consultancy, LL.M.
Registered with the Istanbul Bar Association since 2010, Didem Denker has 15 years of legal experience. Dedicated to continuous self-improvement, she earned her Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Economic Law from Galatasaray University in 2014. In addition to holding numerous legal training certificates, Didem Denker has expertise in various fields such as commercial law, labor and social security law, law of obligations, contracts, civil law, consumer law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, real estate law, and criminal law.
In addition to founding DD Law & Consultancy, Didem Denker actively contributes to social responsibility projects aimed at improving employment opportunities for Turkish women. She is married and the mother of one child.
Atty. Bedirhan Karakaş
Attorney
Graduating with high honors from Dokuz Eylül University Vocational School of Justice in 2018 and earning his law degree with honors from Istanbul Kültür University Faculty of Law in 2021, Bedirhan Karakaş joined DD Law & Consultancy in 2024. With experience gained at various law firms, he has been providing legal consultancy and representation services.
Bedirhan Karakaş is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Private Law at Istanbul Kültür University.

Atty. Turgut Yaşar Elmalı is the foundation of DD Law & Consultancy and a source of inspiration in the professional journey of Didem Denker. With his passion for law and dedication to his work, he paved a professional roadmap rooted in justice and ethical values.
His approach, built on fairness and ethics, continues to guide the office to this day. Under the roof of DD Law & Consultancy, remaining loyal to the values left behind by the late Atty. Turgut Yaşar Elmalı and carrying forward the profession in his footsteps to the highest standards will always be the foremost priority.
